About

Chinese Arts Centre's Breathe artist in residence Kongkee invites you to his Open Studio exhibition. Kongkee is a comic and animation artist from Hong Kong who is interested in the relationship between people and place. His comic-style animations display a mature sensitivity to the subjects he tackles. For his Open Studio, Kongkee will be showing his latest animation work Mr Dragon and drawings from his research working with Manchester's older Chinese community. The drawings and research are work towards a new animation to be screened at Tatton Park Biennial next month.
