Artists' Away-Day to Manchester

Artists across the south-east region are invited to join independent curator and artist Paul Stanley, on a tour around Manchester's art scene. Participants will visit the city's galleries and meet with some of the curators and artists working in Manchester. There will also be a chance to discuss and debate common themes, problems and solutions. Castlefield Gallery has also invited attendees to join them for the preview of their exhibition on the night before the away-day (Friday 13th June). The exhibition, Salem, features work by Glasgow based artists: Ruth Barker, Sigga Bjorg, Erica Eyres and Niall McDonald.
