About

True Story is an exhibition with a difference: combining film, photography and original artworks the aim is to begin a new positive discourse amongst the British African-Caribbean community. Organised by the Centre for British African-Caribbean Studies, the primary reason for the installation is to showcase the trailer of True Story: the documentary and to stoke some interest amongst possible patrons and supporters to help make the complete documentary. The secondary reason however, which is just as important, is to involve different members of the community in a positive project that not only involves but empowers. The display promises to be enlightening, fresh and exciting and is open to all. We would love to see you there!
