De-stress at a lunchtime meditation session led by Bradford Meditation Centre. Feel free to stay on to see the exhibition Résidence Astral and enjoy complimentary refreshments.
Please aim to arrive for 12.30pm so not to disturb the session once it has begun.
Session runs 12.45pm to 1.15pm.
