Outcasting:Fourth Wall artists' moving image festival bursts out of Cardiff this autumn to pop up in spaces across Wales.

About

The festival — O:4W to its friends — aims to introduce artists working with moving image to a wider audience and to create new platforms, opportunities and contexts for artists to make and show, talk about and share this work. Between 29 October — 5 November 2014 TestBed will host an emerging moving image practice as part of O:4W's 2014 screening programme.
