South London Women Artists (SLWA) will be in residence staging a series of interventions that enquire into possession and loss and how we archive and process the metaphysical in material culture. Taking the archaeology of mind and memory as their starting point this new collaborative work will include an art trail, educational workshops and Art School and DJ Vinyl Party on Saturday 22 November, mid-day to 8pm. The Symposium, chaired by Professor Rebecca Fortnum with guest speakers Margaret Carlyle, Professor Tina Chanter and Jessica Voorsanger, will take place on Thursday 20 November 7-9pm.
