A member of staff shared a picture of her herself, mother and father. These poignant images hold dear memories as it was the last picture of her father before she and her mother sought asylum in the UK, never being able to see her father again.

An installation exploring belonging, drawing on people’s diverse talents and exploring people’s commonalities

Pod Collective has been funded by the Arts Council to showcase an exhibition at the People’s History Museum in Manchester. A celebration of shared collective memories and common experiences amongst refugees, asylum-seekers and a variety of other community groups, the exhibition takes the form of an embroidery installation combined with a photography exhibition.
