What is the relationship today between humankind and the planet?

About

Human activity is primarily responsible for the geophysical evolution of the earth. These changes disrupt the equilibrium of our ecosystems and threaten life. For this solo, choreographer Gaël Sesboüé uses scientific and political thinking to explore the concept of the Antropocene, where the history of humankind meets the history of the earth. He works to embody the qualities of strength and fragility together in order to invite the spectator to a new perspective of living in the world. This is the international premiere of this work as part of Kent Dancing 2014. Free booking essential.
