Drawn Together: Artist as Selector

About

This special exhibition, part of the gallery's summer Jerwood Drawing Festival, explores the role of drawing in the practice of eminent contemporary British artists. The artists included in the show have all been selectors for the Jerwood Drawing Prize. The exhibition celebrates the twentieth anniversary of the prize, which is the largest and longest running annual open exhibition dedicated to drawing in the UK.

Drawn Together: Artist as Selector will feature work by Graham Crowley, Estelle Thompson, Anthony Green, Deanna Petherbridge, Peter de Francia, Timothy Hyman, Eileen Cooper RA, Alexander Moffatt, Cornelia Parker RA, Ken Currie, William Feaver, Anita Taylor, Basil Beattie RA, Stephen Farthing, Sarah Simblet, Jason Brooks, Yvonne Crossley, Paul Thomas, Tony Bevan RA, Tania Kovats, Emma Talbot, Rachel Whiteread, Lisa Milroy RA, and Michael Craig-Martin RA.
