About

Christopher Riopelle, Curator of post-1800 paintings at the National Gallery, will present ‘Renoir's Life and Legacy'. Pierre-Auguste Renoir, a French Impressionist painter, travelled and worked in Europe, predominantly in France and Italy, roducing numerous works and exchanging observations with Monet and Cézanne. The Lightbox hosts a series of lunchtime and evening talks on a range of subjects. Advance booking required. Talks last for approximately 45 minutes with a short time for questions. Doors open 30 minutes before the start of the evening talks. Wine and juice are available to purchase at evening talks. Friends of The Lightbox and members of the Supporters' Club enjoy a 40%discount (excludes Director's Choice talks). Thurs 27 March, 1.00pm £6 adults, £5 concessions
