Phil Shaw, an artist and printmaker teaching at Middlesex University, will talk about the pictures he makes, why he makes them and the ideas that inspire him. Having always been fascinated by the possibility of creating the impossible, he will talk of how ‘in life we all know deep down that magic just ain't possible, but at the same time we all wish that something magical might happen'.
