Arts-science collaboration for London Science Festival tells story of DNA using digital graphic storytelling

About

Helix is an interactive digital graphic novel experienced using touch screen devices, which tells the story of DNA from the perspective of a 500-year-old man kept alive by genetic therapy. The piece, including drawings, sketches and storyboards that demonstrate its evolution will be on display at London's GV Art. Helix is created by Adam Rutherford, geneticist, broadcaster and author of Creation: The Origin of Life/The Future of Life; digital artist David Blandy and illustrator Daniel Locke.
