mima is delighted to be collaborating with Teesside University to host a Public Lecture by artist Alex Katz. Alex Katz is one of the most important and respected living American artists with a career that spans over six decades. His exhibition, Beneath the surface will take place at mima from 19 July - 13 October. The lecture will take place in the Europa Building at Teesside University.
