Family workshop: Building Idea Spaces

Exploring the intriguing outdoor structure ‘Alfred Whitehead's Reading Room', the workshop will consider how architecture functions and how it makes us feel. In the workshop, people will design and create models of their very own ‘Idea Space', playing with materials such as paper, card, wood and paint. The ‘Idea Spaces' created in the workshop will be joined together becoming one dynamic structure, reflecting on the philosophy of the world being a web of parts all connected. Suitable for ages 5 -15
