About

Arts Council funded exhibition Armenian Threads is a vibrant installation of artworks in response to Greaves' residency in Armenia and research with the Armenian community in Manchester. Ancient Armenian imagery, embroidered wooden sculptures, zoomorphic creatures and soundscape create lenses to view culture, history and identity. Sarah Greaves has exhibited widely across the UK and Armenian Threads features on BBC Radio 4's Woman's Hour Launching Weds 21st Aug at 6pm.
