As part of Whitechapel First Thursday, join Scientist Dr Bryson Gore and Bow Porcelain artist Lizzie Cannon in a practical exploration into the limits and possibilities of working with porcelain. In reference to Thomas Frye's early experiments at the Bow Porcelain factory in the 1700s, take part in a demonstration and discussion of the properties of porcelain to discover for yourself what has attracted people to this material for over 250 years.
