About

Träume Was Geld Kaufen Kann (Dreams That Money Can Buy) kicks off a season of four special events, A Forger's Kabarett, at the WW Gallery in June and July. Join Jessica Voorsanger's forged imposters, including Cher and Billy Idol, in the Weimar Era Kabarett Bar for a Celebrity Life drawing session — costumes, no nuddy bits. Zeichenlehrer, Hayley Hare will be on hand for hints and tips, with the session sound tracked by The Librarian. First Session: 18:30 - 19:15 Second Session: 19:30 - 20:15 Basic drawing materials will be supplied but feel free to bring your own. Bought to you by Mark Scott-Wood and Sam Tring, in association with WW Gallery and Broughton & Birnie, A Forger's Kabarett is a series of four unique events back dropped by BERLIN: The Forger's Tale: The Quest for Fame and Fortune, an immersive installation and exhibition from Broughton & Birnie chronicling the tragic events that led to the demise of twentieth century forger Georg Bruni. Over the course of June and July, A Forger's Kabarett will see Dada inspired performance, musicians, celebrity imposters, forgeries and cabaret artists take to the stage of a Weimar inspired Kabarett Bar as part of the exhibition.
