After the G8: is it going to be G-Zero or a positive number?

About

Humanity's problems are global, but there is no global polity, and governance remains local and national. Is the G8 an anachronism? Is the G20 a sufficiently inclusive alternative? Who or what determines whether a nation has a voice? And alongside activists, what role can non-governmental organisations, businesses and charities play? Participants include: Ian Bremmer, President of Eurasia Group Trevor Manuel, South African Minister in the Presidency: National Planning Commission David Miliband, President and CEO of the International Rescue Committee (from September 2013) and former UK Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs Martin Wolf, Chief Economics Commentator at the Financial Times
