Working in partnership with NN Gallery, we are pleased to announce that a new series of artists' talks in the Articulation series. Following sculptor Richard Wilson on 12 March, Rachel Anderson of Artangel will be here on 19th March and Alec Finlay on 30th April.. The series is directed and chaired by John Harper, Associate Fellow in Fine Art, and takes as its theme alternative ways that art reaches the public outside of the gallery system. As usual the talks will take place in the Main Hall at the University of Northampton's Avenue Campus from 6.30pm-8pm, and will be free to University of Northampton students and staff, £4/£2.50 concessions to others. Sound, video, film, sculpture and active collaborations have taken place with such renowned artists as Rachel Whiteread, Brian Eno, Douglas Gordon, Roger Hiorns, Gregor Schneider, Michael Landy and Jeremy Deller. Rachel will present Artangel's approach to producing such collaborative projects.
