Paula Clemente Vega in collaboration with the Hackney Cut is proud to present the group exhibition Commonplaces from 7 March until 20 March 2013. This collective exhibition brings together sixteen artists – both national and international – who share the same context, the city of London and its environs. The exhibition explores the theme of Commonplaces through different media – includes painting, photography, video-art, moving image, installation and sculpture – not only from the status of cliché, but also as a narrator of experiences, whether as individuals or collectives.
