Artists Hsiao-chi Tsai from Taiwan and Kimiya Yoshikawa from Japan have produced these futuristic flower forms that are both unworldly and yet familiar at the same time. On 13 February 2013 at 6.30pm the artists will be at The Public talking about their fantastic hanging structures, and working and collaborating with each other and technologists to develop their work.
