The Gallery’s collection of art relating to the Troubles in Northern Ireland comes back on display this winter. This time it will include some of our new acquisitions purchased through the Heritage Lottery Fund Collecting Cultures project that we have developed jointly with The Herbert, Coventry. Portraits of Ian Paisley and Martin McGuiness by Conrad Atkinson will be shown alongside works by Willie Doherty, Paul Graham and Jock McFadyen.
