About
A varied collection of contemporary art will be on display at the Harrison Lord Gallery to celebrate the first Brighouse Arts Festival. The exhibition will open prior to the event on the 11th August giving people a chance to begin the festivities early with a great range of contemporary pieces from leading northern artists, such as Kevin Haynes, Neil McBride, Phil Lockwood and many others. The exhibition will grow as it is joined by a phenomenal selection of work from the Dean Clough Mill's permanent collection, on display in the gallery from August 18th and running throughout the festival until the 31st. On show will be three original works from David Hockney, Martin Cook's intimate photographs of Lowry in his studio, work from Tony Earnshaw and Derek Hyatt nationally renowned artists, and many more. This is a great opportunity to purchase fantastic pieces of original contemporary art as well as enjoying work from internationally acclaimed artists.
