Inside Out
\\\'Inside Out\\\' involves a group of five women who are focusing and exploring ways in which an eating disorder can be expressed through imagination and visualisation in art. I have experienced in the last year how important being creative can be in supporting the recovery process. It can also be a helpful tool for explaining to other people what can’t always be expressed in words. An exhibition is an ideal opportunity to explore ways in which a topical cultural problem, yet typically taboo subject, often associated with shame and secrecy can be externalized.
