Copenhagen Place at Hackney Picturehouse

We, the members of Copenhagen Place (a non-commercial artist-run studio project space in East London) have been invited to show work at Hackney Picturehouse as part of an reciprocal programme. We are keeping our side of the bargain. For us, this is a pastime.

We do not have a shared conceptual framework or set of aims, over and above the small rules and conventions that have developed through cohabitation. Yet, as we see in the ordered chaos of the natural world, patterns do begin to emerge in spite of everything.
