The poem ‘Die zute Tute' by Kurt Schwitters is so to speak the motto of our next exhibition ‘Saeuseln tilgt Lust' (Sighing extinguishes lust). Sounds like a DADA exhibition. But it's not. Perhaps a little… The texts on the works of the artists participating in this group exhibition — Betty Boehm, Selket Chlupka, Philip Loersch and Tim Plamper — were written by an an art text generator. The displayed works — painting, drawing, photography and video - are however all handmade. And worth seeing. The Opening Reception is Saturday June 16th 2012 from 7-9PM. You are cordially invited. The ‘zute Tute' (closed bag) can stay closed but please open the mind and senses.
