About
Pil & Galia Kollectiv's practice is collaborative and interdisciplinary, based primarily in film and performance. Their work addresses the legacy of modernism and the avant- garde and the relationship between art and politics.Pil & Galia will discuss the inherent contradictions of post-Fordist labour, the myth of meritocracy and their art band WE. They will also introduce this artist's talk with a recent two-channel video work, 'We Are Equilibrium,' which was recently shown in Israel, and presents a dialogue between two computers.
