He's alive, just. - 'Dave' part #2

About

A BRIEF INTRODUCTION TO PAIN Simply put, you are going to die. Your mum & dad are going to die. Your brother/sister is going to die. Your partner is going to die. Your son/daughter is going to die. Your best friend is going to die. Everything and everyone you know is going to die. Your pet is going to die. You are going to die. Depending upon how you reflect on the above and question things in general are the grounds for this show. Each of the six pieces are created just as much for my benefit as yours, single work's having the talent to stand alone, or hold hands with his equal to read as a short story that starts from ‘Taste the Difference'. The conclusion remains open to discussion, though already branded as selfish. Believing each works content direct enough to escape explanation, ‘Dave' (part #2) will live for a short time longer after the exhibition, oblivious to the suitcase of human strain. Within the plexiglass box and surrounding a deteriorating Savoy cabbage, ten live caterpillars will grow until turning into stunning painted lady butterflies, only then allowed their nirvana. A symbolic readymade frenzy that captures seventy years in roughly four weeks. View it as you will. Beauty is personal. But for me, the glass has always been half empty.
