French animation Fantastic Planet (La Planète Sauvage) takes viewers on a magical journey to the far away world of Ygam; a planet where giant blue aliens or ‘Draags' rule, and tiny humanoids, known as ‘Oms', must fight for their lives and equality. This special screening has been organised during the Easter break for families to enjoy together. Dir. Rene Laloux, France, c.1973, 72 mins French with English subtitles. Recommended for over 7s.
