On Sunday 11th of March, Paintworks Spring Art Market will once again bring together a vibrant mix of Bristol's finest artists from across the city and beyond, to exhibit and sell their goods to the public. Entry is free and the opening hours are 10.30am to 4.30pm. Showcasing the work of over 35 local artists, the Art Market will feature striking paintings, fabulous ceramics, colourful textiles, cute accessories, imaginative crafts, house ware with an arty twist, beautiful jewellery and other things you wouldn't find anywhere else - all exhibited and sold to the public at affordable prices. The Art Market sprawls through the large exhibition space underneath Bocabar, enabling visitors to stroll amongst the stalls, soak up the friendly atmosphere and chat to artists. There will also be a great Children's colouring and workshop area for all the budding young artists that prefer to be hands-on, as well as a small café serving hot drinks and delicious homemade cakes.
