Resolution! is The Place's annual, new year open season for shorter dance works. Throughout January and February, Resolution 2012 will host nightly-changing triple bills presenting new dance for the new year.

Yuyu Rau, Beloved Emoh
When the yearning for home intensifies, self-cultural identity unfolds. Creating a new contemporary dance language inspired by classical Chinese dance, Beloved Emoh rediscovers 'home' through different perspectives and cultural backgrounds.

Divo Company, Angoscia
Angoscia is an exploration of anxiety, the trembling state of being in love. A schizophrenic dance portrait using movement, video, text and live sound.

Seke Chimutengwende & Friends, Mr Lawrence
A witty, irreverent frolic through the fantastically absurd world of language and communication, in all its ridiculous guises.
