Paul Bennett

In January we will welcome London-based Paul Bennett for a selling exhibition of his recent works.

Paul has achieved national and international acclaim for his contemporary seascapes, abstract and figurative paintings accomplished using rich textures, multiple layers, poured paint, brush and palette knife marks.

Living in a world of mass produced visuals we are constantly exposed to and the in which we digest our visual world, Paul's works go further in recording and commenting on things that are more visually apparent.

The result he strives for is a unique and original visual experience that has captured not only the sense of somewhere / sometime, but also the more subtle notion of recollection.

As well as having exhibited widely around the UK, Paul has also exhibited internationally in a variety of locations including Taiwan.

Paul Bennett in the Granary Art Gallery runs throughout January.
