An evening exploring the practice of Anahita Razmi, winner of the EMDASH Award.
A screening of two of the artist's recent works: The Paykan Project (2010/11) and Proposal for a Wrapped Azadi Tower (2009) is followed by a conversation between Razmi and curator of Frieze Projects Sarah McCrory. Their discussion will contextualise the development of a new project to be exhibited at Frieze Art Fair in October, for which Razmi is re-staging Trisha Brown's Roof Piece (1971), exchanging the rooftops of New York for the skyline of Tehran.
