CIRCUIT: FIVE DEDUCTIONS

We are delighted to present Flora Parrott's first solo show at the gallery. Parrott's work is distinguished by the way she assembles objects and images to respond to and represent physical sensations. Parrott employs an extraordinarily diverse range of media including velum, snail shells, rubber, lard, copper, gelatine and slate. She has created a circuit in the gallery space with five deductions, or shrine-like groupings — “little dynamics that mimic a sensation.
