Turn the worthless into the beautiful with Foreign Investment

About

Everything must go is a playful and provocative project by artists collective, Foreign Investment. For six weeks in August they will turn Chinese Arts Centre into a depot, workshop and showroom that will give a new lease of life to objects made in China. GIVE US your unwanted, dust gathering, outmoded, nick-knacks, old china, teacups, damaged objects and toys that are clogging up space. All items must be no bigger than a football and have a hard surface. They do not need to be beautiful, but they have to be made in China. We will gratefully take these items off your hands and transform them to gold. Please bring in your objects from 5 — 20 August 2011 during our opening hours: Tuesday - Saturday 10am — 5pm.
