Presented by Uta Baldauf and Christy O'Donnell, the Wasteland project can be seen and heard and welcomes the audience to interact. A transient project, which can respond to and be influenced by site and social contexts, it brings together a shared love and interest for contemporary art, philosophy, experimental radio and the fusion between them. Noise, Voices, Art, Chaos, Pictures, Books, Records, Radios, Movement, Sound, Space, Void, Possibility, Unknown. Wasteland is always an experiment, don't expect anything but keep an eye and ear out.
For Site Festival 2011 Uta Baldauf and Christy O'Donnell, are inviting artists and visitors to imerse themselves in our wasteland and contribute to its archive, interviews, a song for our time capsule mix tape, experiments. Or just come, hang out, listen to music and look at art.
