VIVID presents ECSTATIC, a visual and sensory season of moving image works and intervention exploring heightened emotions and altered states.

About

Artists include: Marina Abramovià„‡ and Ulay, Mark Leckey, Carolee Schneemann, and Elisa Sighicelli. The exhibition will include new commissions from Companis and revised works from Turner prize winner Mark Leckey and exciting young Italian artist Elisa Sighicelli. Ecstatic launches on Friday 13 May with a live intervention and late event in support of the We Are Eastside consortium as part of the Museums at Night annual after-hours celebration of the UK's arts and heritage offer, taking place over the weekend of 13-15 May 2011.
