The Triumph of Failure is an international group exhibition featuring new work by five lens-based artists, seeking to explore the notion of failure as a conceptual springboard within contemporary photographic practice. In this peculiar context failure becomes a positive trait; allowing photography to be scrutinized as a process beyond the simple representation of reality. The exhibition aims to initiate an intercultural dialogue concerning the curious strength of failure as a point at which artistic practice begins, rather than ends.
