Sarah Pasquali, art director "Nelson has tapped into the dark side of fashion: enjoy"
There's always something both compulsive and repellent about bug-eyed creatures, isn't there? And what a clever use of the shoe as body. These head-heavy fashion pins remind me of the cartoons of Osbert Lancaster, whose most famous character was the sharp-nosed, fur-wearing Maudie Littlehampton. Maudie loved shoes, too.
