The Small Picture Show

‘The Small Picture Show' is just that - a collection of hundreds of paintings and original prints from around 50 of the gallery artists, with a few new artists thrown in for good measure, which altogether fill the upper gallery space. Paintings in all media, framed and glazed or on canvas, original prints which are available simply mounted or framed, still lifes, landscapes, portraits, abstracts, graphic art, naà ¯ve, traditional, hand-stitched fabric collage, embroidered textile, 3D work in bronze resin, ceramic vessels and figures… Artists represented in this exhibition include Andrew Douglas Forbes, Elizabeth Haines, Andrea Kelland, Colin Finn, David Bellamy, Andie Clay and Carole Jury to name only a few. Size is not the criterion here, but price is: no work is above £300 and some items start at about £30. There are hundreds of affordable and original pieces showing, with more expected to be added as the exhibition continues and interest free credit is available for most purchases.
