Orchestra is an audio/visual installation by Ben Byford. Orchestra displays the hidden in plain view, explores people's expressions of themselves, and interprets sound as music between the lines of everyday speech into a musical whole. Orchestra presents an orchestra pit of televisions; the musicians have been replaced by disembodied faces. The almost silent faces are mute except for the sound of the pauses and spaces between words.
