Following DegreeArt.com's debut international exhibition ViennaLondon held at the WUK last November in the Austrian capital, it is with great excitement that we announce the second part of the project LondonVienna which will see 8 Viennese artists showcasing their work at the DegreeArt.com Gallery on Vyner Street, London this April. DegreeArt.com is the UK's market leader in student and graduate artwork sales. www.DegreeArt.com In their continued efforts to provide the artists of the future with exposure to new audiences, DegreeArt.com intends this exhibition to create and foster cross cultural opportunities for artists and buyers alike. A city with a history steeped in art and architecture, the Vienna art scene has undergone a contemporary transformation over the past 5 years resulting in a strong appetite for challenging, exciting and fundamentally new art. With the success of events including the VIENNAART Fair, the city is on the map of serious resident and international art buyers but distinctively, still offers artists the freedom to flourish without fear. The exhibition is supported by the Austrian Cultural Forum London. There are a limited number of hotel rooms available for participating artists. If selected to exhibit please register your interest. The opening night is held in association with TimeOut London magazine's First Thursday event.
