Surface Gallery are now seeking submissions from independent filmmakers to be screened at De Profundis film festival November 2009. The theme of this season's festival is European Cinema, which the filmmaker may interpret in a number of ways; films which explore cultural/political, identities of a country, documentaries, film makers from European countries, films made in a particular country etc. We are looking for narrative based cinema in the format of short film that last between 5 and 30 minutes.
