Discover the rivalry and antipathy that took place between Leonardo da Vinci (1452-1519) and Michelangelo Buonarroti (1475-1564) - two of the most familiar figures in Italian Renaissance art. Through examples of their work, Dr James Lindow will explore the motivations for their animosity and reveal the ultimate respect for each other's distinct artistic talents.
