Jonathan Shaw: Crash

Birmingham-based artist Jonathan Shaw has consistently explored the way that light and movement can be represented through the photographic image. He frequently designs, builds and modifies camera equipment to produce unique and compelling interpretations of space and time. For this exhibition, Jonathan will create a large scale panoramic photographic installation that draws the viewer into the claustrophobic and hedonistic world of clubbing. A publication accompanies the exhibition, with an essay by Jean Baird.
