About
Made in the Middle presents a major survey of the best contemporary craft being produced in the West Midlands. It examines the journey of craft from studio to the home and how we can use craft and handmade objects to personalize our own spaces.The show features over a hundred pieces of work by thirty-seven makers including ceramics, furniture, glass, jewellery, lighting, metalwork and textiles.
The exhibition not only reveals contemporary working practices; it also provides a great opportunity to purchase and commission work from some of the best designer makers in the region.
This exhibition is a partnership with Craftspace and Rugby Art Gallery and Museum.
