'Spacetricks' presents a wide range of films, from contemporary auteur animation and experimental shorts that are usually only seen at festivals to classic cartoons and features. What the twenty-six selected filmmakers share is an unusual treatment of film space. The exhibition also gives prominence to the actual materials, tools and media they used to make their films.
