Anthony Boswell’s small but detailed drawings are there to capture the memories and intervals of fleeting moments in time. The pale and delicate execution in pencil reveals the spectral and often brief nature of the intimate interludes we experience. The work is based either on the wider public realm, where a common thread links the work, or the more private and personal.
This exhibition involves this more private world of individuals intending to be a portrait of those behind the scene and to encourage the recollection of the viewers own memories by way of the surreal, the story and association
