Andy Currie — Turbulance

In his first major solo show, Andy Currie demonstrates his ability for transforming the ordinary into objects of wonder. Inspired by the scale of The Exchange, Falmouth based Currie presents two new large commissions and related works for the gallery. Low fi materials are animated by the movement of air to create chains of reaction. To mesmerising effect, strips of plastic and toy propellers celebrate the tension/ threshold between harmony and chaos.
