The Right to Flight is the summer project at Bold Tendencies, flying a balloon over London, researching and investigating flight, surveillance, networks, cities and utopia. As part of the project, a series of discussions are taking place over the summer, led by James Bridle.

Dan Hill is Executive Director of Futures at the UK's Future Cities Catapult. A designer and urbanist, he has previously held leadership positions at Fabrica, SITRA, Arup and the BBC. He is the author of "Dark Matter & Trojan Horses: A Strategic Design Vocabulary", and writes regularly for the likes of Dezeen, Domus and Volume, as well as the renowned blog City of Sound.

Finn Williams is an architect-turned-planner based in London. Through Common Office Finn produced ‘The Rule of Regulations’ and ‘SUB-PLAN’, both with David Knight. Finn’s work has been exhibited at the 10th Venice Architecture Biennale, Tate Modern, Architecture Foundation, Berlage Institute, Museum of Finnish Architecture and Warsaw Museum of Modern Art. From January 2009 Finn was deputy team leader of Placemaking at Croydon Council. In October 2013 he joined the GLA as Regeneration Area Manager for North, West and Central London.
